“In race two I had to do 4 penalty turns to finish only in 12th. Two of those turns were because of a correct jury decision “pumping downwind”.
In race three then I was badly fouled by a sailor to leeward of me just before the start, which ruined my start anyway. Then the jury decided go give me a second yellow flag penalty on top of that. “Sculling below close-hauled” is a call that I will never accept, because simply every sailor does it in every race and I was f***** anyway. This jury decision is by far the worst I got in my life. So I had to retire from the race (RET).
In race eight I was again at the wrong place to the wrong time, as Alp Rona Rodopman destroyed my start by crushing into my mainsheet on port about 20 seconds before the gun. Guy, I at least had expected a “sorry” from you! Although I cleared the situation in seconds I couldn’t make it to the line in time.”
Alter “Fakt” was kommentierst du hier denn für eine Scheiße? 🙂 Hast keinen Plan (offensichtlich) aber machst mich runter …
Platz 10 und 11 in Race 7 und 8. Gesamt 9.
“Germany’s Olympic representative, Philipp Buhl, was a major casualty at the start of the blue fleet race when he had to retire after being given a second yellow flag penalty on the start line.”
